f. Support for connection of Internet service.
g. Provision of help for communication with the Lessor during the entire period of the rental contract including resolution of practical problems.
h. Provision of reference of English-speaking professionals in various fields (doctors, accountants, lawyers, etc.)
2. Economy package
a. Search for accommodation according to the criteria and needs established with the client during a preliminary discussion.
b. Organisation of visits of selected accommodation.

d. Preparation of all documents in bilingual format (English-Bulgarian) and support until contract signature and occupation.
3. Premium Package
Includes all the services of the Rental and Installation Package in addition to the following services, the latter being on demand.
a. Legal assistance, preparation of documents and support to obtain a residence card in Bulgaria.
b. Help with changing vehicle registration and obtaining Bulgarian driving license.
c. Opening bank account.
d. Reference for housekeeper, day care or school for children.
e. Any other service the client may need to facilitate harmonious settlement in Bulgaria.
